·Partner with Learning & Development team in developing and evaluating training programs at the individual contributor, manager, and executive levels.
·Partner with stakeholders to discern training needs and design new programs to successfully fulfill training requirements in accordance with established guidelines.
·Analyzes employee learning needs and partners with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content.
·Design, Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training.
·Provide instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during introduction of new courses.
·Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness of computer-based training programs.
