Having work in both the corporate and educational sectors in Technology and Education, I realized there was a need to bridge the gap between the two. In Technology as a System Engineer and in Education as an Administrator, more people, especially the disadvantaged need a different approach to attain qualification, motivation, and the need to develop a growth mindset.
